Yeah stock injectors.my lambda reacts lazily like yours chris (fluctuating about once a second), and passed the emissions easily
were you running the CGA injectors ?
Yeah but co is pretty much bloody there.. Issue is the HC are the 100 mark so it must be working no? 200 is the limit.. We are doing well just so bloody closepretty high CO eh, expired cat maybe ?
Causing the over fuelling If still pants. I will take her down there in a bit new lambda new plugs and do a run with and without the turbo attached to the tbThe lambda is very near its limit

@frank look.. You might be right that's a good HC reading."Fast Idle Test
Engine speed 2500 - 3000 rpm
CO level = 0.18% (min = n/a, max = 0.20)
HC level = 13ppm (min = n/a, max = 200)
Lambda = 1.00 (min = 0.97, max = 1.03)
Natural Idle Test
Engine speed 450 - 1500 rpm
CO level = 0.05% (min = n/a, max = 0.30)"
Do you not have a cat fitted yet?
Whut.carbon monoxide is a product of running rich no?
possible introduce a very small air leak to run a bit leaner maybe might possibly work.
I always had the IC piping disconnected for the MOT but as frank says it shouldn't make any difference really. I think i would disconnect it for next time still.
The cat was pretty much new when you go it, it should be ok, did you take it for a good raggin before the test?
emission imo are the hardest thing when it comes to MOTs
Blimey. Did you restrict fuel?Youll get there chris, i got passed with 370 injectors and s14 maf, middle cat and stock cat back.
Blimey. Did you restrict fuel?

Yayyy we like this lots and lotsYes and no.
Found the issue at least.
Big pumps + larger than oe pipes (8mm instead of 7mm) = far too much fuel
Overpowering my float and drowning my carb
Aye hopefully I'll resolve the pipe size issue... reduce the engine feed pipe again coz lathe and T in a bleed as frank suggested. Hopefully job solvedYayyy we like this lots and lots
