Well I supposeIf it aint broke...
I think this means you got it out?Senior impact driver has bestowed the godly removal of grub screw. Plus on massively belted on star bit frank lol

Yes mate sorry didn't reply lolI think this means you got it out?
Yeah true. Joe is bringing a stock Mani round for me. So she can at least get to jae... Without a turbo grrrrrr. You cant really lose chris
Worst case scenario. Unbolt turbo.. you've still got a runner
stock injectors chris ?Now my AFR is going crazy...WTC

Its like the actual AFR frank. Not far off stock injectorsstock injectors chris ?
its maybe too much flow still ? i would do a flowtest mate (into a jug) it should flow about a quarter liter per min i guessNa plumbed the turbo to the head oil port.

Okay will do that thenits maybe too much flow still ? i would do a flowtest mate (into a jug) it should flow about a quarter liter per min i guess

here,s mine @ idle chris
Want me to pop down tomorrow? I got my cv fixed, we can try and work out the AFR wiring?Right ta will do so tomorrow I think. Going to do a mass clean up and start fresh tomorrow I think
Little bit tired and hacked off, so best do it all with a fresh head tomorrow.
There is a wiring issue with the sensor on the AFR. ####.. Another thing to fix haha

imo, yes you have to strike a balance between not starving the rest of the engine, and keeping the tubby lubed and cooled eh.So a quarter litre a min idle sound about right eh?

Very true, I think cooling will be fine for me also. @enuo you agree with about a quarter a min? Me and andy @frank had a chat about the oil choice as well. I am using 5/50 oil full synthetic. Possibility that the turbo is actually leaking due to thin oil?imo, yes you have to strike a balance between not starving the rest of the engine, and keeping the tubby lubed and cooled eh.
mine has a lot of fresh air blowing onto the turbo, but a scoob that has the turbo confined in the cramped engine bay probably needs more oilflow and water cooling too
That's a very good point mate what the hell am I doing ... Lol I have turned in to something disgustingthe thread has got really serious
My vote is actually the gathered affects of oil viscosity x pressure x flow rate. frank you are a genous. I was debating a washer. Then drilled out.the oil viscosity will have some effect sure, but only marginally imo.
i think the flowrate will have far more effect personally, i have knocked the pin out of pop rivets and used the shell for a reducer to test flowrates in the past
Is what I said, oil viscoscity will be the difference between a weep and no weep, but not pissing out and pissing out alot less
I would like to say that Enuo makes no set in stone suggestions. So he can not be made accountable for anything. Nor does he ever suggest anything lol. Ever.Is what I said, oil viscoscity will be the difference between a weep and no weep, but not pissing out and pissing out alot less
Need to see what restrictor does for flow rate
