1600cc it
Ermmm you can...
You are allowed to go 25% above the largest engine (petrol or diesel) as sold in the UK.
So 1348cc + 25% = 1685cc - Thus a GA16 should be fine, although the extra weight of the GA lump may mean you don't do it.
If the Diesel was ever sold in the UK (was it?) then even bigger lumps would work.
You didn't use the GA boxI don't think its as much as 30kg more, didn't have to adjust my ride height after the swap...
Be interesting to find out the differenceBarely any difference tbh, diff housing just a hair longer
I'll have a spare coil pack one soon, you can have it for a small fee... Or I could paint it for a bit extra I guess, got lots of paint now
How much would a small fee be including the little bit extra for painting?
It being replaced soon... Getting a proper intake setup, just need money
Money would help, I'm just going to stick with a K & N panel filter in mine for the time being.
Ahhh see that's where you're going wrong you don't want ponies you want stallions (no homo)
Destined for the F1000 crowdhope for a dry rally
Destined for the F1000 crowd
Looks really good the way it is I reckon, maybe see if you can carbon wrap the airbox for a more motorsport look which would look immense
Should do. You could always take a bulb out of one and check - Probably equivalent to cutting the wire.
What light(s) are you removing ? (Always looking for new areas to save weight on )
Ah pics didn't load last time for me, hence question.
Already done that, replace the twin lights for a single LED one designed for a bike, VERY light and bright and draws very little current.
Allen key in the top and open ended spanner?
7mm "brake caliper" allen key and a ring spanner, not an open end
Turn the allen key only, clockwise to crack the seal then use the spanner
