To adjust is to put the car on rollers, rolling road and the ECU/NIStune connects to a laptop oe what ever machine is used and runs thru rev range altering the fueling etc... link below for an idea:

Overall tuning for the application you built your car for! standard ECU isnt designed to run turbo to the fullest power and you cant plug the ecu to tune it so nistune takes over!
