Ignition, rad hoses and another fuel pump

Before, I used the ma10 mech fuel pump to feed the swirl pot then into electric pump, This engine has no mechanical pump so need another electric pump to feed swirl pot

Thinking of getting a facet pump...... Can I mount this in engine bay......or does it need to be by the tank?

Cool your getting there pork :)
Ah I see I'm getting rid of my mech pump conpletely. Using 2 facet pumps.
You can mount them wherever. Just need the anti vibration mounts :) or longer bolts and sit it on rubber grommets.
There's a mk 1 fiesta which has it bolted next the carbs (where your mech pump would've been)

so neil, you reakon its okay to scrap that stupid shape turboback exhaust and make a flange like that instead? because that sure as hell seems easier and i hadnt thought of this ?

I know shape you mean, same as my t2

What I did, was get a plate, using the gasket, mark bolt holes, drill those out, then where the turbine wheel is, cut 2..25 inch (or whatever size exhaust u use) then weld on exhaust

There's some pics a few pages back

Facet pumps are push pumps rather than pull and its recomended they should be mounted within 12" of the tank

It's mentioned on their website

So if anyone has any of these parts going cheap, let me know

You put down k11 wishbones, I assume you know that will give you MASSIVE camber?! Haha But I can get a lot if that stuff at work. I can pm you with some prices?! :D

From what iv read is they'll be 10mm shorter, which I can counter with drilling out the top bolt hole on the hub, or suspension.
A lot easier than messing about with trying to make ball joints fit each other :)

I took the difficult option and drilled/grinded and welded my ball joints in and out of my wishbones haha. Let me know how much you have too slot your hubs
