These were as clean as clean can be, wire is brand new, new smooth type feed roller so there's no divots to upset the feed, new tension roller so that's nice n smooth.Spatter is often cause by contamination, i.e. not immaculately clean parts

Been practicing TIG for a while now, purely for this reason. I was lucky enough to get a TIG setup for £80. First attempt at copying and welding was poo, but the 2nd one came out alrightseriously, this looks epic, and those welds are like welding porn, just need to see these for cg k10s now haha, does this mean you will be doing full systems at some point too?
