Grill Swap

Will the grill from a Mk1 facelift fit straight into the Mk2 facelift model??

So long as the grill isnt combined with the bonnet it'll swap over...as far as im aware the only difference is the central vent design.

And on the Mk2 facelift, the grill comes over the bonnet, like lipstick.

Ah right...see i was thinking you had one of the two grills on the cars in pic 1 or 2...and were looking to switch between them

That type of grill im unfamiliar with (never looked how they attach)...but i think they are just updated chrome trim pieces (going from the pics), so should fit straight on to the car youve got...as the bonnet is the same. I wouldnt say you were changing the grill though just dressing it up abit..
