Annoying greend substance!

Hi all.. someone please tell me what this is before i go insane, its all over my engine bay and just gets all on my hands and anything that basically comes into contact with it :glare:

looks like green engineers blue lol, if its anything from a battery then hot soapy water should fetch it off, get the bay steam cleaned that might clear it.
