Interesting to note MattFinally been out to the garage and tried a new hut nut to solve the OSF hub nut un-doing issue due to the action of the LSD.
I found that the K12 Micra hub nut is the same size and dimensions, but has a nylock insert, which should help stop the un-doing action. Also fitted it with a load of thread-lock, so hopefully it will solve the issue.

Ideally I would, but we had trouble getting the rear springs out, and destroyed one in the process. Couldn't get spring compressors on to take them out, and the axle wouldn't go down far enough either.
It's very odd that your axle wouldn't drop down to get the springs out. After hearing how the suspension bush bolts size I removed them all cleaned and greased them. Only took a couple of hours but should save time in the long run. Maybe try that eh. For the future.Ideally I would, but we had trouble getting the rear springs out, and destroyed one in the process. I had this thoughtWhat's the best rear jacking point? Didn't want to use the sills.
That's what initially worried me.Haha good point. I just heard stories of sills suddenly collapsing. Could use planks of wood to spread the load though.
