Finished the prep work for this Sunday's autotest :-
- Fitted sump guard back
- Replaced the indicator stalk, which i managed to snap off putting the car away after the last event.
- Added extra oil pressure warning light, a strip of how power LED's fitted in the dash.
- Painted the sills, sorting out gravel rash from last time out
A flying lesson tomorrow (weather permitting!) and then pack up the spares barge (MGZR) and then off playing on Sunday

Fastest chassis remodel I've seenMine was modified accidentally haha
Had the tracking done, finally. Drives nicer, but the steering wheel is still at 11 o'clock going straight: Is it the Tech's fault, or is my car twisted?
It's fine, just cover up any cosmetic damage with AstroTurf:

Messing around with a metallic effect fascia today, quite interesting, must be a dozen colours moving around when you do.

Either the steering wasn't locked straight and/or the wheels not aligned evenly or the rear axles pointing slightly off
Good job i did bleed the fronts yesterday when the fluid came out looking like this......

I found this out last night, not so much the wallowiness as you put it.

Didn't like the scuff marks caused by the old broken tail lift.
So I got some carbon wrap to cover it up.
Then got carried away.

Do the welding in the next week or so and use it as a dd. Then make a new manifold and put the turbo on it
Put the 1mm skimmed head back on the k10 for a little while.

Not for the moment cos I was having a couple of issues with the gaskets to seal. And not being able to bring the AFR down to a safe level on boost. Really need to sort my Nistune ecu before fitting it again.
