So open the bottom of the carb and adjust the float so when the carb sits at that angle the float is level ?You might need to turn the float chamber so it sits flat to get the right flow of fuel

you dont have a float chamber bolted to the side like the HS ones, yours is concentric, underneath innitConcentric floats ? As in it dont matter if there not level ?
