spraying the front headlamps

im looking to spray my front headlamp black, and realised that i have plastic covers over my headlamps. should i spray on the inside of these or the glass itself?

Spray the glass and you'll fail MOT and propably get pulled.

yes i mean like goldstar0011 has done on his. is it illegal if only a part of the headlamp has been sprayed? seen lots of cars in my area with that done

Ye, the guide on my link is how to do them, you spray the insides apart from the headlight reflector.
Not too easy to see the headlights but you can see the driving lamps good

im guessing from the tailgate that its a nissan 200sx....with a mustang 2000+ front end and some god awfull front bumper.....

and you can do what you like with your head lamps, (me dad is a Vehicle examiner for VOSA) as long as you dont drive at night as said you can even run without any lights at all... thats how you can road register a race bike..... or even a track day car like a radical SR8..... no head lights at all..
