After nearly 4 years of ownership, 3 1/2 of which were spent chained to the fence at my work ..... Project Micra has finally hit the road (Y)

Nothing too radical, as might have to be driven home from the pub by an errant teenager ! But after a couple of days bombing around the lanes of Surrey, the joy of nippy motoring has returned.

Scopez> No worries matey, yup was having the head gasket changed (and it's first MOT in 4 years !) Indeed, this is the little Datsun, the big Datsun is a tiny bit more powerful ! :grinning:

Wil> Almost bog-standard apart from new exhaust (Janspeeed), suspension (lowered and stiffer) and brakes (Brembo front discs and EBC pads, refurbished rears).
Next on the 'to do' list, is instruments with Rev Counter, and sorting out a cold air supply to the air intake. Might try to cobble something up with some suitable tubing ........

Lol, will do, when I need to change the discs & pads. Probably after middle of May this year, when I'm off for a weekend at the Nurburgring
