Polo 1.6 GTi

Anyone had any dealings with this car? I was looking at lupo GTi's, but they are far too expensive but i could get a polo for under 5k. Looks like a nice solid car to get IMO. Pretty swift in factory form, good MPG, good looks and german engineering. Whats your opinions guys?

the lupos are nice,,so are the polos,,dunno how quick they are but both look nice and are well built

Lupo = Seat Arosa, except the Arosa is cheaper lol:

Fun, cheap, well made.

Small boot, SEAT Arosa does same for even less money.

Ah, there isnt an Arosa GTi, lousy SEAT!!

yeah but the 1.4 arosa is 100bhp standard and weighs naff all, the 1.6 polo gti is quick and looks fantastic

Yeah my mate had a 1.0 Arosa and they are VERY nippy for 1.0s - he's got an Ibiza now though lol

A friend has a Polo Gti, nice cars and pretty rare now too

the new ones aint as good looking imo...
