Not necessarily only Micra but I received these in the post yesterday. Very very bright for what they are and also have a very nice colour white, not blue tinted or anything.

Worth the £1.20 they cost! Delivery took a week though.

Yeah but they're directional so you get little to no light on the plate itself but lights the ground up like a floodlight.

Maybe a wedge type LED would work? I stuck ordinary bulbs in.

I've gone through two pairs of LED number plate light bulbs, both blew. No point imo.
