Hi all you lovely MSC'ers,

i am starting to look into moving to Sweden permenently.... luckily over there they have micras so i will be able to get my fix

first of all this wont be for a while, at least not a year.

but does anyone have any tips on doing something like this?
and what you will be more interested in, is if i AM going then most of my micra stuff will be up for grabs including my shed of rareness

but if i do sell up plz buy generously cos i will be SOO out of money

anyway i will still be on the forums and i will still pay to be a member, but i am gonna have to go to some kind of super micra meet before i go.....

Sweden is fab, I got mates who live in Stockholm, so I'm out there quite often. The only thing I don't like is the cost and difficulty in getting alcohol. Alcohol is so expensive compared to the UK plus you have to go to specialist store, you can't buy it in a supermarket. (Not that I'm an alcoholic, lol); Plus winters super cold but at least the summers good in comparison to England. You'll enjoy it I'm sure.

i would be on the west coast, near gothenburg most beautiful place i have ever been luckily i don't drink at all so i am all good but yea it costs a bomb >>

Good luck dude! You dont wanna get older and look back with regrets, so if the positives outweigh the negatives, then go for it! You live and learn, and life is about taking risks sometimes, so definitly give it ago!

One thing though, because it is woman related , take a 2 week holiday somewhere neutral! They say a holiday can make or break a couple and gives an idea of what living together would be like.

true mate, and thanks. we have been living together for about a month, and she just went home today (funds ran out) and i am willing to give up everything... its actually kinda scary lol.

if it comes to it you get first dibs on the rally car

thanks mate thats what i am working on i am considering teaching english to advanced students, or adult teaching in basic computer skills or just a car mod shop they soooo need it out there

What I say is the grass looks always greener..

I lived in central london for a while and when I returned to the northwest I could really see what i had left behind...

I complain like everyone about the Yob culture etc.. but looking back to living down south.. its greener up here..

Ireland has always been the greenest for me.. But I wouldn't move back just yet.. theres 'still' more oppertunity in england still for big money in my personal line of work..
