Just thought I'd post a few little updates to my car...

First of all, induction kit...

K&N 57i, need to seriously clean my engine bay though! Also blew one of my Alpine Type E 6x9s yesterday, so replaced them with these beauties!...

I have some alpine e-types. How good are the infinity's compared to them?

Get some de-greaser in that engine bay

Well the infinities are 100W more powerful each, so 600W combined! Pretty awesome really!

nice speakers but it dont matter what wattage it says on the box. it dont make them any louder. 300 watts is max power so i would see it like 60rms. its all up to the apm it your head unit. which is 4x20watts rms max. if you wanna use full potencial of you speakers you gotta power them from external amp.

Yeaaah I know, just looking at amps at the moment. Trying to work out what would be best to get.

Infinity Reference (the cheaper ones) are AWESOME for replacing factory speakers. The Kappas are for if you're using GOOD amplification - they sound utterly cack powered by a head unit.
