Hi mate. The manifold is a standard K11 I'm afraid
I can post the rocker cover for £15

It's from a Primera P10 1.6 mate. You have to drop the carbon filter down a bit to get it to fit

Yep, just lossen the clamp bolts and fix it lower.. Or just remove it altogether. The box is nearly twice the standard size mate.
You will also need a rocker breather filter, about £5 off fleabay.

Pretty sure the looms are interchangeable between nats and non-nats but not 100% on that
