Help sluggish

Ok my car is being really sluggish at the moment, it was awesome after having the janspeed on but now its really sluggish any suggestions

The car is due for an oil change.

give it a wash under the tap i would have thought mate then make sure you air it out with a hair drier

ok well any other ideas aswell as the service seeing as though its had new spark plugs oil change new fuel filter and air filter in september ish, it cant be that bad in this short time can it?
or has all the messing about (manifold, new clutch and box rebuild) make it need a good service?

yeh, but your lack of power could be one of many things, and we,re only guessing, without actually seeing it :glance:

you need to check the plug colours, compressions, ignition timing etc.
is it a stock airbox ?

your plugs should be dark grey (if one or more are a different colour, post a pic)
you should be able to feel 4 distinct compressions (about every 2 ft), if you push the car in 2nd gear on a flat road.
and check the timing with a cheap (powered) strobe light

Make sure you clean and re-oil that K&N correctly too.
