this has my brain fried i have avg anti virus on my pc and all of a sudden it wont update i dont no if its the webbsite`s fault or my pc or doesn any one no of any better antivirus`s

Avast, its free or a small fee, best part is, it works, simple user interface, and its light so it doesnt munch your resources

This happened with my version of avg too, it wouldnt update for about a month, i use nod32 instead now, its the best ive personally used out of avg and that bloody useless norton

my AVG is ok.. did you reinstall it yet? added anything such as a firewall or changed any router settings?

my avg`s working fine now but a few weeks ago wouldnt update half the time

using a desktop pc mate havnt re installed it or anything it just wont update its self argh

i use avast, i found AVG a bit too fisher price.

Avast is free with a serial code, all my personal clients have it installed.

re-install AVG. That should cure it.

I'd recommend AVG but install it without Safe Search and Safe Surf components
