Guide to different trim levels

I was wondering if there was a guide to certain trim levels, and what models have different features over others.

Like, my passion has a sunroof, colour coded bumpers and a boot and fuel pump popper, but no PAS, or A/C, or ABS. But I dunno what extra's say, a GX has or something.

The main reason I ask is i'm trying to find which 1.3 pre facelift models don't have PAS, or ABS, but colour coded bumpers, and a fuel/boot popper. But then it occured to me that maybe if there was a list of stuff the different models had, it could be of some use. Or is there too many varitaions of stuff you could have?

(no PAS, no aircon, no ABS, no antiroll bars, no electric nuthin, no boot/petrolcap poppers etc) just lightweight and simple to work on

I remember Nex mentioning that the GX was like a 1.3 version of a passion, and when i renew my insurance, it's only £50 more to get a 1.3, so that's what got me thinking.

But according to parkers, the GX has PAS, and I hate PAS.

my si has had power steering fitted to it as it didnt have any, iirc PAS was an optinal extra on facelifts as some have them and some dont..

Well, do people want to write down what car type they've got, and what they have, and haven't got, excluding retrofitted stuff? Remember to put facelift or pre facelift.

Interesting. Did all the SS's come with a quick rack steering? Because I've been toying around with the idea of swapping mine with something else somehow.

Nope SLX didn't have PAS. Talking of electric windows.......

And super s and sr alloys are 13s

Yeah alot of things were extras so unless you stated you wanted abs/rear discs they usually didnt come with them hence why they are like hens teeth

nope, my Gx didn't have pas, they are probably refering to the facelift Gx,

Turning circle (m) Power steering: 9.4
Conventional: 10.1
Steering wheel turns lock to lock Power steering: 3.1 (Super S: 2.9)
Conventional: 3.8 (Super S: 3.6)

it,s only a marginal difference, and barely worth it imo

mines just a shell with an engine and a seat though so could have started with a base model 1300...and not ruined a perfectly good superS
