I'm not keen on that at all, looks like it was designed to follow a fashion, and would actually look better if they hadn't done anything to it. Or maybe it's the colour, it should be black.

Those "cheapo BBS copies" are SSR Mesh. I love that it is rocking Japanese wheels where there "should" be BBS. I love that it is sitting at a height and has a wheel fitment that is not the kind of purposeful stance that is expected for the base machinery.
Ok I'm not fussed by the door mirrors, or the black bonnet but its his ride, and both could be easily rectified if it was mine. I might have been inclined to try for 1/2" less width or a slightly higher offset on the rear to negate the need for the somewhat ghetto rolling the arches seem to have recieved, but overall I'm a big fan.

oh i agree if it was a normal e30 3 series bmw, no problems, do whatever you want.... but it isn't........ its a very rare £15000 homologation special built for touring car racing, a mint example with low mileage would cost about £20,000. and he has ruined it by painting it garish red and sticking stupid wheels and stickers on it..
