Familiar turbo 2.0

i know the car.

its a bluebird turbo engine, cut and shut shafts etc, pretty much bodged in like.

was a quick car but not at all safe.

the engine conversion was done by ian walley who races cars at elvington and york alot, not a pretty job but used to shift.

bodywork was a cut and shut corsa kit which was moulded by a fella in fencehouses.

body kit looks awfull, so do the wheels

whats underneath sounds like a really good base though.

saw it about 4 years ago, was on the road for a couple of months but was taken off to try and sort out a million niggles like blowing shafts and wheel bearings constantly. dont think it ever made it back on.

havent seen it for a few years like so might of been re done to a better standard?

doubt it, and if youre going to buy it id be prepared to pretty much start again.

iirc the exhaust hangers were self tappered into the sills for a side exit lol.

Either way i am excited can't wait to get her. she will be lovely when i get her but then all my micras always look beautiful to me. If there is any issues she will be spot on again when i finish.

All the hard works done there Paul, if it is just a pair of driveshafts that need sorting properly then you're on to a winner I reckon.
