Im just gonna keep it as it is now mate, only a novelty for a while

Doing some white spraying and bits and bobs tomorrow, trying to make the red stand out a bit

Wellllllll today ive painted my tailgate plastic white, de badged the back completly, put my old white grill on, started taking off the bump strips, ''back to blacked the bumpers'' and fix up the front tow hook in white il get some more proper pics soon

Also i forgot to mention my exhaust doesnt scrape underneath anymore as me and a mate sorted it with a threaded rod through the rubbers so thats alot of worry that somethings gonna drop off cleared up!

how did the car handle on the 35mm springs dude ??? I'm getting some for my k10 and wanna know if they handle as good as coilys

didnt really have them on as one peice for long mate so wouldnt know, its probably worth getting uprated shocks aswell or just polo 6N coilys as i heard they fit on the k10 for cheap lows

LOVE! the wheels on this thing i just recently got some wheels for my micra, some 15inch wolfrace wheels :/ but tried them on and they dont fit at the front they hit the front bumper plastic and then when you turn the wheel the other way it hits the actually metal work of the car not happy at all! 7 hour drive to pick them up trying to find someone who will buy them off me or to do a nice trade!

what wheels have you got? they look massive do they rub or anything?

There 14's mate, and they catch on the back drivers side tyre a bit cause ive not got a panhard rod and not had the arches sorting out yet

ah they look really nice, i just want some which i can just stick on they look nice and i dont have to bother with any more work ha just want them on but want some better tyres to grip more for the corners at speed

white 3 doors look sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better w/o bumpstrips. I think it's the colour that best benefits from de-bumpstripping !!!! How did you remove it in the end man? Toffee wheel? takes ages by hand.

i agree! i did it by hand mate lol an old college card and and some decent tar remover and water

i did this to mine ;D and it does look better with out them but the white does look better without them than the red haha

I've got pretty lucky with mine, so far one inner sill needed a 50p size hole welding up, and it took a lot of effort to mash the metal... wasn't urgent as the rust was still quite solid but If I find rust aye it's not there for long. Getting a new front panel and crossmember on mine in August, current one is quite rusty but just surface rust... me been me it's getting replaced rather than fixed lol. Means I can get Nismo engine mounts then.

Well as for now not much to update, been in portugal for a while and will be back tuesday

P1 early grill to go on in white when i get back, also may strip the back out some more

( need to re tax the car tho )

Did a bit more strippage today of the back, also had ago at my other bump strip but didnt really come out as nice as the other one..
Getting a white P1 grill deliverd soon so that should look sweet when its on and really tidy up the front

Well today/last night i got a bit bored and did some more colour coding interior

Did the rest of the bumpstrip on the drivers side today, didnt come out as nice as the passenger side but at least its off
