I am about to take my micra for a tour of Germany as I go to meet my girlfriends family. Fitting beam benders to the headlights is fun isnt it?

Will see what mpg I get on the run......

Will be going close to the Nurburgring, but not round it this time. ######ed my tyres last time and did a lot less than 99.9mpg!!!!!! (Y)

I went round the Nurburgring on my motorbike last time I went to Germany. Was the most fun I've ever had on any number of wheels, but totally shagged my tyres :laugh:. Want to take a 1.3 round there when I get one (Y)

Got 60.8mpg in total over 1200 miles. Did 106mph on the autobahn. Nothing else left to give. Lots of peeps seemed surprised to be overtaken by a microbe with the steering wheel on the wrong side.... I like Autobahns....(Y)

Aha, sounds like fun times :grinning:. Last time I drove to Germany, I had my Fiesta 1.25, that was heavily modified and could do 130mph on the Autobahn. And it was gold :laugh:. Always surprises people when you overtake them in a small car at a rapid rate of knots (Y)
