Dead Micra

We got my daughter an automatic Micra 10 months ago and its been off the road for the last 8 months, We've tried local mechanics and all they have to say is "Scrap it, not worth fixing".
Does anyone know of a decent indy in the Lanarkshire area, as this is draging on.

Dead Micra is now on its way to the scrapyard, so I may not be back for a while. This is a great way to share info/help. I find M5board.com and Bavarian-Board.co.uk invaluable.

Hmm this was probably missed as it was in the wrong area of the site. However depending on what has broken on an auto its perfectly possible it would write off the car unfortunately.
