But Rik, their troubles allegedly spring from religious differences, they are brainwashed from an early age to hate their opposing religion, this is what makes them fanatics, the only way to stop the wars there is to seperate the religions altogether, but then trouble would start about who is going to be relocated, you cant compare their troubles with the degeneration of society in this country, ours are caused by the lack off respect for others brought on by the softening of punishments allowed for many offences, the culprit for the softening of course is the government itself who allow themselves to be told what to do by the politically correct do gooders in Brussels. In my opinion.

ok...look at every country that still has the death pennalty...is it crime free? is it any better than ours?

I tend to disagree with the death penalty, it doesnt reduce crime in my opinion... :glare:

To punish Prometheus, Zeus chained him in unbreakable fetters and set an eagle over him to eat his liver each day, as the eagle is Zeus' sacred animal. Prometheus was an immortal, so the liver grew back every day, but he was still tormented daily from the pain, until he was freed by Heracles during The Twelve Labours.

That sounds like a more suitable punishment to me, no doubt advances in genetics will allow for the liver thing sooner or later :slm:

The other day, Kristian Goldstain Ricardo Swarez and I were driving along, and to cut a long story short - these scrotes in a stolen car tried to ram us off the road and take my car.. it was a car chase with kristian on the phone to 999 telling the police where we were.. they never showed, but they cornered us in meaning we couldnt move anywhere - they got out of there car.. and we were ABOUT to - until i saw a gap that i could squeese my car through...

We did have weapons.. but they could have had knives.. and if someone pulls a knife.. even if i have a bigger one - id run away...

However if noone had knives - and i was in a situation where i couldnt get away - i would get into a grapple - let them grab me... then just gouge out there eyeballs - because if i was in a fight - id like to win - and there isnt any rules, ever.

On the death penalty.. I do actually condone it - however they should be "gibbetted" for the length of there sentence and be on the wrong site of medical research.

There is in court though. That's the sad thing about this country. Once you're in control of the situation if you continue to strike them, you're assaulting them.

The legal system in this country in self defence is atrocious.

That was some crazy stuff that night, not something I wanna do again but ye, I saw the guy slipping on leather glooves, you only do that in these situations to hide your finger prints on weapons, if I managed to hit him in head with a ratchet, really hurt or even kill him I'd probably get done for using too extreme measures even if he did try it stab me!

i kind of agree with you in a way dusk about a dangerous fight situation, its better if they are attacking you to kill them as if they live then they are still a threat to your life. or as you said you could blind them then they cant see you to attack you again.

but thats a totally different kind of situation to when somone who has commited a crime and they are restrained after the event is over. i believe then it becomes wrong to even slap the person to hurt them if they are no longer threatening or attacking somone. as those intentions are only for the sake of it not to protect other people.

at the moment what we agree on is that punishments for crimes is not severe enough at the moment. just that my punishment is non harmful. but there is still that fact that even if countries with death penalty you can still get more crime than we do.
their needs to be a big effort in terms of school education which has the potential to create relaxed and controlled people in the whole country. this i think is the solution.

Saw this on the news, made me sick. If its a clear cut case such as this. I think its perfectly fine to torture the murderers over a few years and kill them or torture them for life. Those who dont agree... think of this.. you are shopping with your mum/dad/loved one, 3 guys come up to you stab your loved one, then you, then stab your loved one 5 times more times to make sure they die. they run away. YOU LIVE but you lost your loved one. the police have cctv as good as this and they have found the little S****. would you want them to live, even in prison?? NOOOOO WAY!!!!

i would ask for Acid, a Chainsaw, A blunt knife, and a screwdriver. and the keys to their cell for a few hours.

thats a good point.
maybe there is no right answer.
in terms of the law thats not right, but in terms of ones own personal quest of revenge, its seems a good entiltlement.
as there is no cold officialness to the punishment, it is you who they have mentally disturbed becasue of their actions, they are resonsible for whatever you choose to do to them. if you know what i mean, dont know how well i said that.
