Any know anything about this car?

Hi, new to this forum, but my daily driver is a purple shape, whilst looking for ideas to lower it etc, came across this micra on flickr.com - really like how clean and simple it looks . . .

Any idea what the wheels are, how much its been lowered and how (assume lowering springs) and what he's done to the front bumper?

the front bumper has a lawn endging strip bolted to the bottom. the suspension is on coilovers and has been lowered 90mm and the wheels are......i have no idea...lol

Different in both photos! Definitely look better with the middles sprayed, i'm sure i've seen them before somewhere.

The wheels are off one of the retro/ luxury looking micra's, I'll see if I can find a pic of it...

Haha looks like washing machine drums but not as deep! although look rather smart.. im guessing steelies :S but wouldnt they be really heavy ?

they are billet alloy 3 piece split rims..... so lighter than most alloys on the market.,

I believe they are possibly SSR MK1's...so yup quite light.

check micra.com.au as the owner is on there ...ive also got a feeling this was painted yellow shortly after those pics were taken.

yes it was painted yellow. bloke on au site was called dodgy harro. i think.
