Any issues with replacing Nissan March cg13 for Nissan micra cg13??

Hi again all.

After advice as above really. Clutch is wearing thin on our cab so I'd like to replace the complete block temporarily whilst I replace the clutch and tinker with the jap block. Do we think this is doable or am I likely to come across alsorts of jap/U.K. Electrical mechanical crossover issues...

i,ve run a couple of japspec 1.3,s joe, no probs apart from a weird temp sensor problem

Good to know frank. Weird temp sensor problem? Any idea if the jap blocks have any perks over the ukdm blocks?

i checked the cams/valves/ports etc joe, and could,nt find any difference, just the plastic cam cover and different colour temp sensor

possibly, mine shot up to max within 1 mile, and the ecu went a bit funny too

Mine went up straight away, cant get either of the tachos working and i have the same bulbs that dont light up on all 3 of my clusters

Huuum wonder what the effect would be in reverse uk block in jap shell. Will find out if I ever manage to source another block!
