Craig Unofficial Member (Gold) Club Member Oct 10, 2007 #1 Bit of a silly, question, but, well, will it?
curtis Ex. Club Member Oct 10, 2007 #2 no, when i took mine off my K10 , you have the enclosed gear box, clutch and the fly.
wilsonian Ex. Club Member Oct 10, 2007 #3 If it's the clutch your replacing then I think it does. In the haynes it says to drain the box before removing it.

ollyc98 Ex. Club Member Oct 10, 2007 #9 I managed to drain the gearbox on my brothers car, I was changing the springs the hard way and the driveshaft fell out leaking oil all over the place, I hate the smell of gearbox oil, lol.

H hughes_16v Oct 10, 2007 #11 Quick tip if your draining it, Make sure you can refill threw the speedo on the gearbox before you drain it, as mine was seized and wouldnt come off.

OP OP Craig Unofficial Member (Gold) Club Member Oct 11, 2007 #13 There is only a filling plug on the 98 onwards boxes, you have to fill the others through the speedo drive hole. Craig
