Whirring noise?

I seem to have gained a wirring noise whilst driving, any suggestions its quite loud inside the car the faster I go the louder it gets. I thought it was a brake not releasing correctly but they seemed fine today when I checked them.

Any ideas?

Maybe, I'm not convinced its a slightly different noise I think

when i once accidentally damaged my front wheel bearings (by pushing the car back outside the house round the corner at night after removing the engine with driveshafts and the wheels fell off! doh)
then put it back together, it made a horrid whirring while moving along. the noise travels from the hub through the suspension and reverbs throughout the chassis

immediately replacing the hubs fixed it

I got a spare hub so i will give that a go.

Either that or mullets right, it could be that supercharger I forgot about??????lol

if a w/bearing is shot, you should be able to feel a "buzz" if you hold the top of the suspension leg, with the front wheels spinning paul
