wanted CHEAP set of wheels for a k11 13'' or 14'' steel or alloy with no or scrap tyres. its not a problem if the wheels need a refurb. west midlands area please (so i can collect them) i dont want tyres as i am going to use wider than standard rubber (for 1/4 miles etc...hence small diameter)

by cheap i mean up to £60 for 13''/14'' alloys and up to £30 for steelies
