what performance manifolds are available?

Not in SS no. The only options are through Matt Humphris, having one made as a custom job or opting for a very expensive one from Japan. BTB did a full system but that was a one-off and is on my car.
In CS there's Janspeed and also Maniflow which is the same as the Janspeed options from Matt Humphris. There's also the generic cheaper street versions of Janspeed, available directly from someone like Rallynuts for example. There's also a manifold and system from Ashley which is very similar to the street Janspeed system with the exception that it's not as modular as the Janspeed system.
Bottom line the Janspeed systems available from Matt Humphris are the best quality and will support higher power but are correspondingly more expensive. I also don't believe anyone here would be modifying there cars enough to warrant anything more radical than the standard Janspeed street version or the equivalent Ashley system.
Failing all of the above, there's also the option of a modified manifold from Frank depending on your budget and performance expectations...

Not to hand no, never really took many of it in it's last incarnation as it was just an interim build to gather information and to get a base map setup on the ecu. The car is currently laid up and is just a shell with a rollcage in at the moment...
