got a bid on an intercooler on ebay that finishes in 5 hours, and worked out that on the late almera 1.6 engine there are seperate drive belts to the power steering pump and to air con pump, both of which am removing so will have plenty of space and pre-tapped holes on block to fit a charger, and 2 different pulley diameters to choose from on the same pulley
1.6 has to go in first tho, still waiting on funds to pay for almera.
