i spared no expense on mine today too guyNew discs have finally arrived :
Was expecting cheapy Chinese discs but they're actually Pagid OEM discs, well pleased for £72 delivered. Will look better when that silver paint has gone...
Lookas ace Jen . Welcome to the black knob club (oo-er missus ).
Edit: Ha, ha, just noticed the superman floor mats .
Oh dear......not as amazing as my Halfords 25p Leather steering wheel cover though...which I haven't fitted yet <_<...
Swap them, I dare you!My dad has one! LOL ( ETA: 2005 2.2 dci SXE...just like yours)
I could nick his!
I've got the stereo controls on mine too...far too much rewiring effort..
besides...I like my shoddy looking steering wheel, we've been through so much together XD
I've got a set on eBay at the minute mate
My brembo max grooved discs have had it and are warped too! Have had a similar moment on stock brakes with 4 people in the car, brakes decided not to do anything when trying to brake from around 100 and it involved a lot of smoke from the front brakes once I got the car to a stop
EDIT: I've quoted the wrong post, was meant to be Harlens! Can't be assed sorting it lol
Still on Greenstuff pads I take it?
Yeah but got a set of pulsar brakes waiting to go on once I've got the 14" steels back on (if they fit under them )
There's a local white K12 with that kit.I noticed this...Excuse the image. Jen or Guy....just out of curiosity what kit would this be? Aftermarket or OEM or blah blah ....
That's a kit from nissan I believe (so OEM) an optional extra...I noticed this...Excuse the image. Jen or Guy....just out of curiosity what kit would this be? Aftermarket or OEM or blah blah ....
Swap them, I dare you!
As long as you avoid horrid Greenstuff pads, the AD22VF's will hold up pretty well
Saying that, I am getting shot of mine this year for something a little more exotic and fitting for a car on sticky tires....
I joined a bandwagon today - 1000K interweb points if ya guess.
Sounds good, was thinking yellow stuff because I had them before and I wasn't disappointed unless you recommend something that's not silly priced?

I doubt you will find anything cheap compared to EBC prices. For example, my personal choice for a good fast road pad has always been Mintex M1144. Great pads in terms of performance but they're pretty dusty and at around £80 a set they are probably double the cost of Yellow Stuff
Ok and do they last or are they fast wearing? Ill be lucky to make it to knockhill once and crail a handful of times this year

Also modified a cheapy steering wheel boss to use an OEM contact ring so that the indicator cancelling actually works. (with the original the lugs sat so high they missed the indicator cancelling tab). Fitted the ebay special wheel that was bought to use with it. It's sh*te but it looks cool.
Pics of all at some point.
where was this going to lol? There must be something to remove or lift?
It's a wiper and shall not make a fool of us!
Wrong thread, gah.
