same setup as me wheel wise... well apart from his rear end is wider than mine!
STAGGERED FOR THE WIN!!!! (Y)

Front wheels look good, rear stretch just looks stupid and I never care for stickers - gaaaaah, makes me glad I have enough bhp to get away from it on the street. Looks like I'm a hater.................nooooooo ;)

£400, shocker, i have a set of them out my garden, they are off a mk2 golf £80 you can have them :D they are not that wide though, but im sure Frank can sort them :D

yea but thats the difference, get 4 steel wheels, sand blast them, band them, powder coat them, stretch some new tyres over them and £400 doesn't sound so bad.

no G60 are 15" and are very rare, what all the "cool kids" call G60s now are passat B4 steels. or even baby G60s are the 14" ones found on mk3 golfs, (my god this gets my back up, hahaha )the ones in your pic are 13" umwelt from early mk2 golf C and the like :D can do pics for you, will pm you when i get them :D

Dang this is badass.

All it needs is lowerings and cambers!

Maybe more stretch up front :)

My banded steels cost me 40 each for the banding.
10 for donor wheels
Free removal of paint with wire brushes on drills + angle grinder
Free painting as I had paint and compressor already!

Powder coating is terrible cose its chips very very easily. Oil/lead based paint ftw

Interestingly a friend of mine who rallies an old school Cosworth swears by powdercoat, as it's the only way he can get enough stage runs out of them before refurb, the paint doesn't last long enough as it chips, where as the powdercoat tends to plastically deform.

Poor quality powdercoating perhaps? Had my OZ SL's powdercoated 3 years back and aside from a small amount of staining from the Mintex M1144 brake dust they are mint, (lasted longer than the OEM paint too). Maybe perhaps because it's white powdercoat. Silver powdercoat sucks as it oxidises and turns grey over time unless it's laquered. Once you chip the laquer it's all gone to rot :(
