Trunk striker

Hi,

I have bought a 52 reg 1.4l as a first car for my son and I am now trying to fix one issue at a time... Probably 1 year of work for a novice like us but it might a good experience trying to get through them one at a time. We solved the horn issue and sealed the leaky sunroof but the boot (trunk) is now showing problems closing it just doesn't latch most of the time and I suspect I need to adjust the striker. Problem is 1) one of the screw is quite stripped and I can't get it out 2) I will need to find a replacement screw but it looks fairly non-standard (to what I know) with a very fine pitch. I saw that one the other one I could unscrew. The service manual doesn't list the spec for the screw (that I can see anyway), it only seems to show the torque required to secure it.
Can anybody help me figuring out how to get that stripped screw out and what screw spec I need to order as replacement?

least to worst invasive approach to screw extraction.
cold chisel, set to side of screw and tapped with hammer to turn it.
dremel a slot on to the screw and use a large, flat bladed screw driver to turn it.
drill the head off then use mole grips to turn it.
use a screw extractor (which will snap and make you cry)
drill out the entire screw then rethread the hole.

If the striker has moved you'll see a depression where it used to sit.

where to get a new screw from? Nissan dealer will sell you one. or a scrap yard if you want an adventure.
