Towing?

Hello all.
I own a Micra K11 pre facelift.
I absolutely love it but my only problem with it is the boot space.
Im wondering wether it's worth installing a tow ball for towing a very small single axle camping trailer style thing. Basically just to make it easier to carry mucky and bulkier items. The heaviest thing I'd carry would probably be lengths of timber.

Would the car have enough power to tow something this size?

The 1ltr towed well the bike and trailer, plug extra stuff , sat at 60 fine
1,3 had more and been fine , even towed a polo those are 950kg + was loaded , towed that fine on a drawbar ,

Long as your chassis rails are good ,
Can get towbars to fit
92 to 00 tow are slightly different to 00 03 as the bumpers curve in more
Got a 00 03 towbar on this,and it pulls the bumper out abit , also isnt very good towbar (design isnt the best for none stock exhausts

This is my micra engined trike with bike trailer.
most of our luggage went in the roof bag attached to the rear, this might be another option and cheaper. it’s also easy to store, they fold up into a bag that will fit into a drawer somewhere.

Towed a diesel metro (860kg) with a 1L micra once. It did it fine. The only issue I thought I might have had was wear on the clutch but I have done 50,000 miles in the micra since and it has been fine.
