Yeah literally a rectangle of metal and three holes on each. Two m8 bolts attach to the head on the bottom and a bolt through the top with penny washers to hold the chain. Bloody cracking bit of kit.

We're gunna weld the plates to the underside of the car, fit the harnesses, bolt the seats to the floor for the last time and then I'm gunna sneak off for 10 mins and fit harnesses to my car so the driveway looks epic.
