After replacing the battery on my T Reg Nissan Micra the radio asking for a code which I don’t have, Could someone please help.

I couldn’t try the codes yet cos isn’t showing code no more, when I turned it on it showed ''WAIT'' for 60sec then ''SECURE'' and it still showing ‘’SECURE’’ despite leaving it on for hours.
Can you please advice....

try unplugging the battery and plugging it back in. Might re-appear
