stupid DVLA

Anyone ever had to deal with these people? This is the second time i've had to deal with them, and once again proved themselves to be a usless organisation :|. Anyone got my tax rebate back off the civic for a nice sum of cash but they have spelled the name wrong... I made sure i printed it in block capitals as to not leave any confusion.... So i need to wait another 3/4 weeks .

the code to get through to a real person is * 5 1 4 4, after each number press wait for the bloke to speak then press the next number
