Looking nice mate! Everyone seems to just cut! Did you remove the top rubbers for the rear springs??
cant cut mine tho cause dad is a copper and next door neighbour is a traffic officer. nobody is selling any polo 6n coilovers so pretty screwed on the rear. gona have to wait even longer to get these starmags onCheers mate! , no but im sure you could do it that way

Just buy 6ns off ebay and mod them yourself rears are really easy and you can fit the fronts as and when you need/can be fussed to
why does the bloomin signature keep resetting?
Alright. From what iv seen on the lowering guide its just putting the k11 top mount ontop the fronts and drilling one of the botton mount holes out bigger? Seems a lot to take off the bottom rear coilover tho gona order mine from eBay on payday.£159 sounds a good deal for all four corners? They're easy to mod, there's a bit in the official lowering guide. Fronts are worth having for the right front/rear spring rates ratio or if you ever wanna go lower later. Mines on polo 6n all round and they're great

Na that's 159 brand new! Will have to take my time fitting them then. You just grind down the rears until they slotted in?Not bad, that used ones? And it is a fair chunk but mine are solid. It's the front modding you wanna be careful with really but as you said you may not use them anyway.
No i don't :/ you gotta buy them online?Yeah but only grind one side cause they need the offset to stop the coils catching on the boot recess.
Do u have an adjustable panhard rod? Depending how low you go you'll need one to centralise the rear axle again
Im going to about 60 tho so ill have a look into them. You can get them from whiteline or noddie on here makes them, there's a thread for them. If you're only going 50mm though franks offset bushes should see you ok for a while.
How much did it cost and is it straight fit without faffing about.Yeah talk to noddie he does some class work. I've got one of his on my car now

O yay yet more spending can i get them off eBay or i need a specific one which fits the k11.£80 delivered, direct replacement. All you need to do is adjust it.

can you link me please. only seem to find the bushes and not the whole kit :/K11 specfic, Whiteline do them

ok once its payday and the coilovers are on the way ill get ordering one of them then and get all of it including the starmags on at the same time. gona be madhttp://www.rallynuts.com/nissan-micra-k11-suspension/whiteline-panhard-rod-kit-adjustable.html
Please not that this is an OFF CAR adjustable whereas Noddie's are ON CAR adjustable
Just to note noddies are cheaper, on car adjustable and micra specific. Just you may need to wait til he's made some more
http://www.micra.org.uk/threads/official-msc-k11-lowering-guide-faq.54269/is there a thread where it shows how to fit front polo coilovers? im sure there is but i cant find it!
Yeh iv looked on the lowering guide but that only shows the rear. From a person like you who has fitted polo coilies all round what do you do to fit the front??http://www.micra.org.uk/threads/official-msc-k11-lowering-guide-faq.54269/
Theres some stuff in there. Otherwise use the search function to find the odd bits in peoples' blogs. I dont think there's a "specific" thread for it just some that cover the area...
Well mine were easy as someone had already had them on a micra, but what you have to do is:Yeh iv looked on the lowering guide but that only shows the rear. From a person like you who has fitted polo coilies all round what do you do to fit the front??
I might give the corsa fronts and polo rear a go. Corsa fronts seem a lot easier. Just gotta find them second hand. Once they arrive ill sort out a weekend to fit it all and get the wheels on.Well mine were easy as someone had already had them on a micra, but what you have to do is:
For the bottom mounting; extend/make a new hole on the bottom mount of the coilover to match the micra strut mounts (either cambered in like mine are, or if you want neutral it should be strengthened with a washer welded on as there won't be much material left spare)
For the top mounting; Find a suitable bearing/find a way to make the micra bearing work (washers to space out etc) so that you have a bearing on the top. then drill out the micra top mount centre bore to suit the new larger strut. I used bearings off a golf for mine and theyre great if you can get them, though the micra ones allow the strut through so make tightening onto the top mount easier if you can mount them nicely. I used golf bearings and then i have a small gap between the top nut and the actual strut top as they are separated by the rubber in the top mount, hard to tighten well unless you assemble on the car but plenty tight enough, or you can put washers/some pipe in to fill the gap (i may do next time i get the car in the air)
The top mounting set up i use is my own invention as the previous set up was a bit bodgy and i didnt like it, but it's really whatever works for you, if you trust it to work, do it
They show how to fit the corsa fronts on the lowering guide so that's why im thinking of doing it.Also goldsr is selling some front corsa coilies just so you know (unless theyve gone lol)
Makes sense good luck mate
Looks like it could and by the look of the rears (if the photo is accurate) you could use them all round. I'm not an expert though so might want a second opinion
There's plenty of corsa b coilover threads on here. They've been made to fit with minor modifications
Generic picture. It says in the ad for illustration purposes only
Fronts should be ok, rears will probably be seperate spring/dampero so there not the actual ones then hmmmm...
Fronts should be ok, rears will probably be seperate spring/damper
They'll probably be the egg shaped springs so won't fit anyway....i dont mind that too much just a pain like it sounds to get the rear springs to fit the k11 springs cups nicly
