cheers mate how can i get a sticker of my back window i dnt like it want a new one

Get a hair drier and heat up the stickers and begin to peel them off slowly. The heat will melt the glue.

Once the stickers are off you will need something to clean the glue off. Furniture polish works well but for the more stubborn bits I used Auto-Glym Tar Remover.
