started polishing my cam cover.

i am swapping my engine so i decided to have a little go of polishing the cam cover as a nice little mod,

this is at the starting look:

and this is what i am up to:

thinking about doing aload of the leads red too.

what ya think? and any advice is welcome?

thats fine, trouble is it will corrode, you can try laquering it but it will most likely not really stay that shiny, just to keep it clean with polish on it may be the best tihng.

looks swish mate,

some people have angle grinded the letters off, makes it a stelth engine

could paint it flake silver, give you the same look without the corrosion

Very nice mate i like it (Y) ....when ive got time im goin to Polish mine then get my mate to Air Brush some Silver and Black flames on it

Taking the letters off looks good IMO but gotta be careful, grind too much are you put a dip in the cam cover
