New Micra, New Blog​

picked the new micra up form nuneaton near birmingham for £550, it came with 12 months MOT and 6 months TAX and its a 1.3 LX and here it is:

THE PLANS​

well on monday the car is going to the bodyshop to have the super-s bumpers and spoiler fitted and sprayed, also get the front grill sprayed and the bootlid handle, it will also be de-bumpstripped and im getting both sills repaired the resprayed as its not the best of jobs

when i get the car back i should have some sort of a suspension kit through from mr humphris. depending on price im thinking of getting the spax adjustable all round and a whiteline panhard rod, if not then it will be bilstein shocks and 50mm springs with the panhard rod

ill also be swapping the full super-s interior over including electric windows and central locking if all is well, then little things like fit the alloys, wind deflectors, rear tinted windows, rear wiper motor so it stays down, space the bonnet, bonnet pins, bonnet lifters, wheel spacers when they arrive, sub and amp, white dials, floor mats etc etc etc...basically lots of work

and then i still have to bloody turbo it! not in any rush at all for this but im looking around the end of february for all this to be done, might even be the end of january ill just have to wait and see

today i got a few bits done, fitted the super-s front and back bumper which consisted of changing the bumper bar bits and tow eyes, removing headlights etc lol took a bit of time but was fun, also fitted the open mouth grill...the rest of the day was spent on the other car getting it stripped but it was freezing so was stopping every 5 minutes to warm up my fingers , ill get pics up next before it goes to the bodyshop

little update, ive now completely stripped the old micra of all its goodies so its ready to go...the other day had the whole inside of the car out, it was scary! with the help of glen i got the electric windows fitted with no problem, also changed the carpet because it had been burnt and wired the sub and amp up...we also fed the wire for the battery under the carpet for when i change it to the boot and got all the super-s interior fitted, never knew how much work it was!! heres a couple of pics and what to be fitted...

car is now running as a turbo which im well happy with, its not as loud as it was before but still louder than most cars around. heres 1 picture more will be posted up tomorrow i think

i dont blame stanni for not posting anymore some people should keep there opinions to thereself and this forum would get on alot better.

Folk need to accept that stanni has a turbo micra running on a stock ecu
