There are little rubbers on the ends of the bulb which dims them.

i done abit more painting today around the dials and thought i would have a look at the bulbs, found the little condom things and took them off. made a massive difference

See on the carriers, if it says "21" is for 232mm vented discs, if it says "22" its for 247mm vented dics, but those 247mm discs dont fit Micra, you need to use 240mm vented discs from Sunny N14 and N15 pads, at least it was like that on a friends Micra. I can ask him again regarding this...

22V is the code for GTi calipers I think. It definitely looks like one is bigger than the other. You may well have a 2.0 and 1.4 caliper
