what are the pros and cons to removing the central cat out of my car as iv been told it don't need two cats and would like to remove the central one but wanna know the pros and cons first

If you remove the cat it will no longer purrrrr (ha Lol)
Your right the 2 cats are there for the Japanese market as there emissions are a lot tighter than ours. Dependent on mods there is marginal gains from removing the cat. As lots argue it changes back pressure which effects performance in different ways.
I personally found removing the first cat and replacing the second with a janspeed sport cat a nicer alternative

so should i just leave it there for now just wanted a nicer sounding exhaust system without spending loads
