removal of fog light blanks and door plastic strips ?

looking for advice of gow to remove door strips on outside for painting and also front fog light blanks in bumper

The door strips are just stuck on. A bit of leverage and they come off leaving the goo they stick them on with. No idea about the fog blanks, but they probably just prise out.

2nd facelift foglight blanks are held on with plastic clips... you can get to the back of them through the little hatches underneath...or just pop them out with a flathead screwdriver (wrapped in masking tape so you don't scratch stuff)....
