I'm not sure this is correct but as far as I know you have to keep the car running for 1hr or more in order to try the code again.

Can anyone help please..

The card in my wallet says;
RADIOPASS
NISSAN
BP5384 64185375 1155
Typ/model Gerate:/Serial-Nr. Safety-Nr

My understanding from other sites is that 1155 is the required code but it doesn't work. It just gives ERROR WAIT 1 HR

Any help much appreciated. I have not yet removed radio to check card against number on radio as yet. That's the next step if no luck here!

Try 3997 or if that doesn't work 1997

John....

My battery died winter 2016 in eastern Finland at -26C, tow truck gave me jump start. At garage in beginning of battery change, mechanic hooked small 12V battery to cables of Micra. This way all electronics had power when vehicle battery was changed.
Mechanic said even small 9V battery gives enough juice to keep all settings stored during battery change ;)

As long as the radio is turned OFF when the battery is swapped over Mika, there is at least a minute (probably more) when the battery is disconnected that the radio retains the code, so if the battery clamp down bracket is taken off and both battery terminals loosened, BEFORE the old battery is disconnected and the replacement battery is next to the car a battery change should not require the radio to be recoded anyway........ (charged capacitors in the radio are sufficient to retain the coding)

John, youth of today don't seem to understand how to remove/change battery from these fairly modern vehicles :rolleyes:
That's why they need radio code all the time repeatedly...:oops:
