Well, suppose i best start doing a write up a bit then eh!
gimme a break from my speach for work any hows!
well.
suppose when i first got the car it had been in a front end crash witha bollard so the front gave me a bit to work on any ways (but since i was banned had the time
)
managed to luckily find the FOAH kit on my first journey to a scrap yard so managed to get the ull kit, bonnet, headlights etc so it pretty much looked as it does in the pics above (with the addition of the exhaust whihc i welded up to fit, cant remember what car it came rfom though!. added the 14" fondmetal alloys, and also lowered 35mm)
it never really stayted that simple for too long as i was never too keen on the lovely tits on the back!
So first thing was to start to smooth them over!
There is a pic of this some were (i did lose hundreds of photos when my computer crashed back then) but if i find ill update!
first stage was to take the likkle 1ltr out and rebuild a 1.2 i aquired from another micra i had bought (just to say during all thsi time i have bought around 27 micras in my time )
This engine was fitted! and ran for quite a bit but was just to keep the car going never really modified this engine, just rebuilt so it was smooth
that was this one!
------------------------------------------------
This is when most the modification started!
Decided at the time i wanted to go bigger - since there was no k10's that had gone further kev's/da's was most modified in club and was a bit of inspiration, but i wanted to go extreme because at the time i was doing alot of the work etc for other cars)
so this is when the side skirts - front bumper and rear bumper and spoiler were then added (obviously all coming from different cars)
sideskirts came from a fiesta mk3/5 one of the two.
front bumper - again fiesta mk3/5 either way ounf from bumper and skirts
back bumper - nova
spoiler - unfortunatly copied dan's (simply because it became available for cheap and i knew it can look good)
cpl of fitment pics:
as the last pic shows the next thing was to take the engine out - de rust all the engine bay - re primer it all - and sray it before putting the new engine i had been rebuilding (just another 1.2, but that had been ported and polished rebuilt etc)
the problematic oil leak.lol
well engine bay stripped - de-rusted - cleaned up and primed
once it was all primed sprayed it all back up before dropping the new engine in!

blasted over the wings so as not to run to close to were the bonnet lining would be
engine in (ignore the woodi was trial testing air filter positioning
)
cut the spare wheel well out and re plated it flat, this was originally because i was goin to be relocating the fuel tank to the rear (plans changed)
doors were all delocked and a pop door system was installed!
decided to make my own dials aswell at the time (fitted with blue LED back lighting)
